WAVE's owner Kelly has always had a love for art and for being creative, so it just made sense to go into the business of doing hair. After years of working as a booth renter at a salon here in Beaver Dam, Kelly decided to follow her heart and open a dream business of her very own. What was created was a collaboration of experienced hairdressers in one convent location.
